Stress & (Being) Stuck!
Whether stress brought one into a stuck phase or stuck phase brought in stress?
Can be either or both, complex, or simple, but movement; however much, wherever possible, whichever manner feasible, helps in getting unstuck/ destress. To manage self-wellbeing, exercise is always listed in the must dos.
And then this movement can be intelligent too.
Every form of emotion / experience is an energy. Every interaction with self and outside generates a certain kind. When it is in conflict and gets stuck in system, it manifests as mental, physical stress. Just allow it to stay long enough/ in enough intensity, and some degree, some category of ailment will show up. There is no one who can remain untouched unless by choice. That in itself is a big space to explore. But for an average scenario chicken and egg conflict remains.
Not every energetic residue/ interaction needs to find home in us. In fact majority is good to be released out. Prana, the very vital energy, that runs this magnificent body and brain is impacted continuously. Brain & Mind are different.
Mind is the huge aspect of human anchored in prana. Nature of prana is to flow freely, to create, to expand, to be light. Daily prana is received and given, resisted and allowed, freed and blocked via various dynamics.
Being mindful is another way of saying the need is to find an alignment with the prana in the degree possible at that time. By the intelligence possible at that time. And therefore, to be mindful of what prana is receiving and what it is giving, where its leaking and how its loosing, what is nourishing it and what’s eroding it, is a worthy exercise to identify solutions that can sustain stress management.
