The physical body is what is seen to naked eye. The foundation of this physical body is Prana i.e the vital energy. No prana no life, such is the significance of it. The prana disturbances are source of every stress and disease. Understanding and practicing how to bring the balance via the 8 limbs of yoga, is at the core of viniyog. And that is why Breath is most important.

Viniyog is a very mindful practice of yoga where the breath is the barometer and it teaches in ways we have never discovered ourselvess.
